Conway's Coffee Club aka CCC

Overview
Certain products are offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how changes, cancellations, and charges are handled.

Subscriptions
Subscriptions are fulfilled on a fixed roast-and-ship schedule shared across customers.
Orders are grouped into production batches and shipped on the next scheduled roast cycle.

Payment is collected in advance of each shipment using your saved payment method.

You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time. Changes apply to the next scheduled shipment if made before the cutoff for that batch.

If a charge has already been processed for an upcoming shipment, it will proceed as scheduled.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders reserve coffee that is not yet available or is part of a limited release.

We may charge a deposit or store your payment method at checkout, then collect the remaining balance when the order is ready to ship.

Pre-orders may be canceled at any time before fulfillment. Once fulfilled, the order is treated as delivered and falls under the returns policy.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, returns are not accepted once shipped.
If there is an issue with your order, contact us and we will resolve it case-by-case.
