Conway's Coffee Card Terms & Conditions
Effective July 4, 2025
This Agreement ("Terms") governs your purchase, loading, registration, and use of any Conway's Coffee Card, issued by Conway's Coffee ("Conway's Coffee," "we," or "us"). By buying, loading, or using a Conway's Coffee Card, you accept these Terms.

1. Acceptance & Changes
By using a Conway's Coffee Card, you agree to these Terms and to any updates posted at conwayscoffee.com.
We may change these Terms at any time; continued use of your Card constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. About Your Card

Prepaid Only: The Conway's Coffee Card is a prepaid card for use at participating Conway's Coffee locations. The card balance is not a credit or debit account and earns no interest.

No Cash Redemption: Balances are nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

No FDIC Insurance: Balances are not insured by the FDIC.
3. Eligibility

Cards are not intended for those under 13. If you are 13–18, use is only permitted with parent/guardian supervision and acceptance of these Terms.

Card registration with Conway's Coffee Rewards is subject to separate Rewards Terms.
4. Where You Can Use Your Card

Most Conway's Coffee locations accept the Card. Some locations may not. Check the store locator on our website for details.
5. Purchasing & Loading

Cards can be purchased at participating locations or online.

Minimum load: $5. Maximum balance per Card: $500. Daily max per Card: $2,000. Daily max across all Cards you own: $10,000.

All reloads are in the currency of the country where the Card was sold. Currency conversion applies when used internationally; no additional fees from Conway's Coffee.
6. Managing Your Card

Cards can be manually or automatically reloaded using a linked payment method.

For auto-reload, changes may take up to 24 hours to take effect.

Receipts upon request will show remaining balance. Card balance and transaction history are available online.
7. eGift Cards

Conway's Coffee eGift Cards can be purchased and sent by email.

Refunds are only issued for unused eGifts with an original receipt.

Treat eGifts like cash. Email customercare@conwayscoffee.com with eGift questions.
8. Promotions

Promotions associated with Conway's Coffee Cards are subject to these Terms and any additional promo-specific terms. Promotions may be changed or cancelled at any time.
9. Fees & Expiration

No activation, service, dormancy, or inactivity fees.

Conway's Coffee Cards and balances do not expire.
10. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

Unregistered Cards: Treat as cash. Conway's Coffee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Cards or unauthorized use.

Registered Cards: Balances may be transferred to a replacement Card if you notify us promptly.
Report loss, theft, or damage by emailing customercare@conwayscoffee.com.
11. Fraud & Unauthorized Activity

We may decline, suspend, or cancel Cards or balances we suspect are unauthorized, fraudulent, or unlawful.

Conway's Coffee is not responsible for Cards purchased or loaded via unauthorized third parties.
12. Billing Errors & Corrections

We may correct Card balances for errors.
For any suspected errors, email us within 60 days of the relevant transaction.
13. Business & Resale Restrictions

Conway's Coffee Cards may not be resold or used for commercial solicitation without prior written consent.
14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Agreement

All disputes are subject to individual arbitration; you waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

Before arbitration, both parties must attempt informal resolution by written notice.

Arbitration will follow the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
15. Limitation of Liability

Conway's Coffee and its affiliates disclaim all express and implied warranties for the Card.

Maximum liability is limited to the last balance on your Card.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
16. Privacy

17. Miscellaneous

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

You may not assign this Agreement. We may assign without notice.

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder of the Agreement remains in force.
