This coffee brews beautifully however you take your morning. A few simple tips to get the best cup:

  • Drip machine: Use water just off the boil — 30 seconds of rest after boiling makes a noticeably sweeter, less bitter cup.
  • French press: Four minutes, coarse grind, pour immediately after pressing. The full immersion brings out everything this blend has to offer.
  • Espresso or Moka pot: Pulls a dark, heavy shot with a rich crema. Intense, smooth, no sharpness.
